The Virtuo Budget module operates with a user-friendly interface and is fully integrated with Microsoft® Excel. This means that budget preparation sheets are created automatically in Excel and entries can be transferred to your General Ledger using Excel commands.

- Flexible worksheets. With the Virtuo Budget, you can create unique, detailed sheets including those for revenues, expenses and Fixed Assets. You can also create different sections for each type of detailed worksheet.
- Cross-functional distribution methods. Two distribution methods for annual budgets are included. Percentage Distribution Method records percentages per period by budget item. and Manual Distribution allows amounts per period to be recorded by budget item with percentage calculated automatically.
- Easy budget projection functions. For each budget item, enter budget projection per period quickly and easily. Variances between projections and actual costs are calculated instantly.
- Adhere to government regulations. Generate reports that are compliant with your local, industry, or government regulations.
