| WHO WE ARE |

MediSolution is a leading healthcare and public sector information technology company, providing software, solutions and services to customers across North America. More than 500 hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities as well as 200 public sector and related organizations rely on our systems to maximize their operational efficiencies, lower their costs and improve the delivery of services.
Many of our products have been developed by our own software development teams; however we also distribute third-party software from suppliers worldwide to meet certain market requirements not fulfilled by internally-developed products.
Our head office is located in Montréal, Québec. We also have offices in other locations in Canada, including Toronto and London, Ontario and Quebec City and Laval, Quebec. In the United States, we recently opened an office in New York City that we share with our parent company, Brookfield Asset Management (“Brookfield”). Our common shares are publicly-traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “MSH”. |

MediSolution develops, markets and supports the software and services necessary for organizations to implement and streamline the administration of their complex operations. Our mission is to provide high quality, cost effective software solutions that help our customers maximize their operational efficiencies, lower their costs, and improve the delivery of services. MediSolution has two operating segments:
Resource Management Systems (RM) is comprised of
- Financial Management Suite (FMS): a modular suite of financial software solutions encompassing Financials, Procurement, Budgeting and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Human Capital Management Suite (HCM): a suite of solutions that allow organizations to effectively develop and manage their human capital via Human Resources, Employee Portal, Scheduling, Time and Attendance and Payroll software systems.
- Business Intelligence Solutions (BI) that allow organizations to transform data into vital information for more-effective decision making.
Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) is comprise of
- Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) improve patient care via a modular suite of software solutions including Order Entry and Results, Interdisciplinary Care Plans, Long Term Care Plans, Web Portal and a Clinical Data Repository
- Patient Management Suite (PM) offers an efficient and integrated approach to patient registration and patient scheduling
- Clinical Departmental Systems encompasses Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Pharmacy Information Systems (PHIS).
- Public Health and Community Care provides Comprehensive Blood Vigileance and Risk Management solutions for Healthcare organizations as well as a seamless Community Care information solution (CCIS) for Health and Social Care.
- System Integration (SI) provides the unique tools, services and expertise to integrate and ensure seamless interoperability between legacy and existing healthcare information systems and its own proprietary and third party healthcare applications.
